Inside Stalls
Our full service inside boarding option offers a sanctuary designed for unmatched equine comfort, wellness, and your peace of mind. Each oversized stall (12' x 12' or larger) is equipped with therapeutic Pro-Mat mats, individual fans, Nelson waterers, cleaned twice-daily, premium nutrition, and 24-hour video surveillance.

Inside Stalls with Individual Outdoor Runs
For the horse that thrives with both indoor comfort and outdoor freedom, our Inside Stalls with Individual Outdoor Runs provide the perfect hybrid environment. This setup features an expansive 10' x 13' stall with direct access to a private, 50-foot outdoor run, high-powered fans, heated Richie waterers, and direct access to our premier indoor arena.

Individual Outdoor Runs
Our outdoor runs offer a more open-air lifestyle without sacrificing premium amenities or safety. Sized at a generous 12' x 60' or larger, these partially covered runs feature industrial fans, heated Richie waterers, and high-quality twice-daily feedings, all while keeping your horse just steps away from the main barn, arenas, and secure tack rooms.

Group Dry Lots
We have a variety of small group dry lots to choose from. These areas offer a spacious amount of room and are equipped with large, sturdy run-in shelters. Some lots are shaded by mature trees. This option includes twice-daily quality hay, heated Richie waterers, and heated, secure tack rooms for owners.

Full-Service Care Standard
Our staff will be caring for your horses daily by looking over your horse, cleaning stalls, and hand feeding, twice a day. The barn has a scheduled farrier, or you are welcome to use your own. We also work with Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic to ensure all our horses stay healthy. If you have a horse trailer, Grace Valley Stables offers an outdoor parking area for your trailer that is just steps away from the barn. We have beautiful pasture lots available for turnout and grazing.

Boarding Requirements
Horse health is a priority at Grace Valley Stables, therefore a current 14-day health certificate and coggins is required before you can board your horse: must have proof of current vaccinations and have been effectively de-wormed.
- Spring/fall vaccination requirement, which Grace Valley Stables sets up through Nebraska Equine Veterinary Clinic
- Please inform us of any negative habits and personality traits of your horse beforehand
- If coming from an outbreak area or state, other precautions may be required
